Take the (Sars ACE2 receptor site)

from human cell and insert it into a mouse.

The mouses immune system sees the receptor site as an ANTIGEN and 

produces ANTIBODIES to the inserted receptor site (human)

These antibodies are harvested and used in humans in 

anti virals such as TOCILIZUMAB ( the umab = mouse antibody ).
